Shipping Policy
At Diavian, every product is handmade with care — by one set of hands, in small intentional batches. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order ships. This does not include shipping time.
We offer flat rate shipping by region, and free shipping on orders $60+ (based on your location). Rates are clearly shown at checkout, so you’ll always know what to expect.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Diavian, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, but we do honor exchanges in certain cases.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact info@diaviannaturals.com within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue for review.
Exchanges are only approved for damaged or incorrect items. Used or opened products cannot be exchanged. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once an exchange is approved.
