  • All products are handmade in small batches. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing, not including shipping time.

  • We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted for damaged or incorrect items only. You must contact us at info@diaviannaturals.com within 5 days of delivery, including clear photos and your order number.

  • Prices, products, and shipping policies are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

  • Diavian Naturals is not responsible for misuse, allergic reactions, or injuries related to product use. We encourage all customers to perform a patch test and follow our safety guidelines.​
